We strongly reject the unjustified and unfounded slanders of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu against the Turkish Army and see these as an effort on his part to deflect attention from his growing legal woes concerning bribery charges and his domestic political problems.

Throughout the glorious history of the Turkish Armed Forces, there has never been any act in all its operations and missions that has brought shame or embarrassment.

Those whose hands are tainted with the blood of Palestinian children, just like the mother and her children slaughtered in the bathroom in their home in Nicosia or the babies riddled with bullets of PKK terrorists, have no moral grounds to smear the Turkish Army.

Always a guarantor of peace, The Turkish Army has never harmed civilians, including kids and women and has never had a reputation as such.

In all its military operations and under the the most difficult conditions,  innocent civilians, historical, religious, cultural structures and the environment are all inviolable for the Turkish Armed Forces, even at the expense of lengthy delays in achieving its missions.

Operations, conducted within the framework of international law and agreements such as the Cyprus Peace Operation, the fight against terrorism, the Euphrates Shield and the Olive Branch all testify to such action.

In the most recent case of Syria, it would be sufficient to compare the post-operational photographs of Raqqa, Aleppo, Mosul and Guta almost leveled with no infrastructure left with those of Afrin and Al Bab.

The Turkish Armed Forces; in all theaters of operation, has proven to show its hand of compassion to all people who needed.

Millions of our Syrian brothers and sisters of Arab, Turkmen, Kurdish and other ethnic and religious affiliations who took refuge in Turkey along with the hundreds of thousands who have returned to their homes following military operations supported by the Turkish army bear witness to this.

Respectfully announced to the public.
