Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar held a meeting with the Turkish Delegation of the Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine under the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Minister Akar was briefed on the activities & reiterated Turkey’s support to the OSCE.
