Hosted by the Turkish Naval Forces, the Distinguished Visitors Day of the Exercise NUSRET-2024 was held with the participation of the components of Turkish Navy and friendly and allied countries, in the vicinity of İzmir Bay and Karadeniz/Ereğli.

Distinguished Visitors Day, held on board TCG SANCAKTAR was attended by the Commander of the Turkish Naval Forces, Admiral Ercüment Tatlıoğlu, Commander of the Turkish Armed Forces, General Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, Commander of the Turkish Air Force, General Ziya Cemal Kadıoğlu and military attachés of foreign countries.

The Standing NATO Mine Countermeasures Group-2 (SNMCMG-2), comprised of 5 countries, the Black Sea Mine Countermeasures Task Group (MCM BLACK SEA), 31 visitors from 15 countries and 21 explosive ordnance disposal specialists from 4 countries took part in the exercise.
