Admiral Kiril Mihaylov, Commander of the Bulgarian Navy, and Admiral Cornel-Eugen Cojocaru, Commander of the Romanian Navy, along with their accompanying delegations, visited the CTF Black Headquarters in Istanbul as part of the 8th Activation and Change of Command Ceremony of the MCM Black Sea Task Group Command.

During the visit, the guests toured the CTF Black Headquarters, where they were briefed on its capabilities and facilities.

A presentation was also given at the CTF Black Operations Center. Throughout the visit and briefing, the current situation in the Black Sea was assessed, views were exchanged, and the importance of CTF Black as well as the contributions of the littoral states were emphasized.
