Kurtaran-2026 Submarine Search and Rescue Exercise, hosted by the Turkish Naval Forces, is being conducted off the coast of Aksaz between 15–21 April 2026, in linked with NATO’s Dynamic Minotaur Tabletop Submarine Search and Rescue Exercise.

As part of the Kurtaran-2026 Exercise, a Pre-Sail Briefing was delivered on 15 April 2026 with the participation of international observers.

On 16 April 2026, our units deployed to the exercise area and carried out search operations for a submarine that had lost its ability to surface. The NATO Dynamic Minotaur-2026 Tabletop Submarine Search and Rescue Exercise was successfully conducted.
