Within the Black Sea Mine Countermeasures Task Group, Turkish Naval Forces replenishment ship TCG YÜZBAŞI GÜNGÖR DURMUŞ and minehunter TCG AKÇAY conducted a series of training with the Romanian Navy minesweeper ROS SLT. ALEXANDRU AXENTE and Bulgarian Navy minehunter BGS STRUMA on July 4, 2024.

TCG YÜZBAŞI GÜNGÖR DURMUŞ and TCG AKÇAY conducted a port visit to Burgas/Bulgaria on July 6, 2024. Turkish Consul General in Burgas Mr. Tolga Orkun visited the Turkish flagship.
